Ashley Moore is a doctoral student in Educational Policy Studies, researcher, and consultant whose work focuses on leadership development, professional learning, workforce preparation, program evaluation, and organizational improvement. With more than a decade of experience spanning education, leadership, learning design, and research, she partners with organizations to develop evidence-informed solutions that strengthen professional practice and support meaningful change.

Ashley began her career in education as a classroom teacher before advancing into leadership roles, including Dean of Students and Director of School Culture & Family Engagement. These experiences sparked her interest in how organizations develop leaders, support professional growth, and create systems that improve outcomes for the individuals and communities they serve.

She holds a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, Politics, and Advocacy from New York University Steinhardt and an Advanced Certificate in Management for Public and Nonprofit Organizations from NYU Wagner. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Educational Policy Studies and a Graduate Certificate in Program Evaluation at Georgia State University, where she is expanding her expertise in qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research.

Ashley serves in several research, leadership support, and administrative roles at Georgia State University. She is a Graduate Administrative and Research Assistant with the National Institute for Student Success (NISS), a Graduate Assistant for the Tier I Educational Leadership Program, and supports initiatives through the Center for Urban School Leadership. Across these roles, she contributes to research, program support, leadership development, technical assistance, and organizational improvement efforts designed to strengthen educational systems and professional practice.
