I’m Ashley, an educator and instructional designer with over a decade of experience transforming learning into meaningful, engaging, and impactful experiences. My expertise spans designing instructor-led training, eLearning courses, and other innovative learning solutions that inspire and empower learners.

With a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership, Politics, and Advocacy from NYU Steinhardt and an Advanced Certificate in Public and Nonprofit Management from NYU Wagner, I bring a strong foundation in leadership and strategy to every project. My journey includes roles as a science teacher, department chair, Dean of Students, and Director of School Culture & Family Engagement, where I fostered positive environments for academic and social-emotional growth.

Currently, in addition to working towards becoming a certified professional in Training and Performance at IDOL Academy, I am also pursuing a PhD in Educational Policy Studies and a certificate in Program Evaluation at Georgia State University. This commitment to continuous learning allows me to stay at the forefront of education innovation.
